How do I provide feedback to Branching Minds on the MTSS Learning Hub?

Updated over a week ago

This resource provides answers to frequently asked questions about providing feedback to Branching Minds on the MTSS Learning Hub.

How can I provide feedback about the learning modules I complete?

Upon completion of a learning module, two things will happen:

  1. Within the MTSS Learning Hub, an option will appear that allows you to give the learning module a rating (1 to 5 stars), provide publicly viewable comments, and recommend the module to your district colleagues.

  2. In your district email account, you will receive an invitation to complete a survey on the learning module. The subject line for the email is You've received a survey!

Branching Minds encourages you to complete both tasks outlined above to provide feedback about the learning modules. This feedback is used to modify existing learning modules and to develop new learning modules that meet the needs of educators like you.

How can I provide feedback on the course development roadmap?

There will be monthly opportunities to provide feedback on which courses to develop next. You can expect to receive invitations through your district email account to complete surveys, as well as notifications via the Branching Minds Community and the MTSS Learning Hub.

What questions are included in the post-completion survey?

There are eight questions included on the post-completion survey, which you'll receive via your district email account.

  1. Overall, how satisfied are you with this learning opportunity?

  2. To what extent does this course focus on the advertised topics?

  3. To what extent are the materials and content clear and helpful to your overall learning?

  4. To what extent does the course provide hands-on opportunities to engage with the Branching Minds platform?

  5. To what extent does this learning module help you feel more prepared to effectively use the Branching Minds platform?

  6. Will you recommend Branching Minds asynchronous training to your colleagues with similar interests?

  7. Were you able to complete the learning module in 45 minutes or less?

  8. What additional feedback do you have?

Questions 1 through 7 are all answered via a rating scale, and Question 8 allows you to provide narrative feedback. This feedback is used to modify existing learning modules and to develop new learning modules that meet the needs of educators like you.

Do district (or school) leaders have access to my survey responses?

This group-level data is only available if district or school leaders request it from their Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your specific responses are not available to district or school leaders.

Will the ratings for each learning module be available for me to view?

The ratings for each learning module will constantly change as more and more educators complete them, and these ratings can always be viewed from the Learning > My Learning page within the MTSS Learning Hub.
