Upon completion of a learning module, you will receive a completion certificate in your district email account. The subject line of the email will be You finished the course [Course Title]!

Completion certificates are available in two places:
You can find your completion certificates in your district email account by searching for the subject line You finished the course [Course Title]!
You can also find your completion certificate within the MTSS Learning Hub:
Click on the Rewards option on the horizontal menu.
Choose the Certificates option.

Each completion certificate automatically includes your name, the title and duration of the learning module, completion date, and a description of the learning module.
Can I send my completion certificates directly from the MTSS Learning Hub to a designated school or district administrator?

The MTSS Learning Hub does not have functionality that allows you to send your completion certificates directly to a designated school or district administrator.
If this is part of your district's standard workflow, we recommend that you download your completion certificates, save them to your device, and then send them to your school or district administrator using the appropriate internal process.
In the event that you leave the school or district, Branching Minds recommends that you also retain copies of the completion certificates for your personal records, as they cannot be retrieved by Branching Minds staff after you leave the district.

Unfortunately Branching Minds does not have the ability to retrieve completion certificates once you leave a district due to the way staff are rostered into the MTSS Learning Hub. For this reason, Branching Minds recommends that you retain copies of the completion certificates for your personal records.
Who can see which certificates I have earned?

The Branching Minds Professional Services team and your district's Customer Success Manager (CSM) are able to generate reports which indicate which learning modules you have completed. The CSM shares this information with district [and sometimes school] administrators at key intervals throughout the year, typically during Beginning of Year (BoY), Middle of Year (MoY), and End of Year (EoY) meetings.
The Branching Minds Customer Support team also has the ability to view your certificates in efforts to troubleshoot any issues you may encounter with using the MTSS Learning Hub.
What do I need to do to receive a completion certificate for a learning module?
What do I need to do to receive a completion certificate for a learning module?
In order to receive a completion certificate for a learning module, you need to complete each lesson in its entirety. To ensure that you have done so, click into the learning module lessons and review the blue horizontal bar across the top of your window as shown below.
You'll see in this image that this educator is currently viewing Lesson 1, indicated by a blue circle with a checkmark. This educator has completed most of the lessons, which are indicated by a green circle with a checkmark. However, this educator hasn't yet completed Lesson 5, which is indicated by a black circle with the lesson number. Once the educator completes Lesson 5, they will be able to receive a completion certificate for the learning module.
Do I have to take a quiz in order to receive a completion certificate?

Some learning modules will require you to complete a multiple-choice quiz in order to receive a certificate. In these cases, the quiz will appear as one of the lessons in the learning sequence.
Other modules do not require you to complete a multiple-choice quiz in order to receive a certificate.
What are trophies and how do I get them?

There are five possible trophies that you can receive in the MTSS Learning Hub:
You'll receive the Learner trophy when you complete your first course.
You'll receive the Perfectionist trophy when you achieve a total completion percentage of 100.
You'll receive the Motivated trophy when you've started taking five different courses.
You'll receive the Learning Legend trophy when you've completed three consecutive courses with a completion percentage of 100.
You'll receive the Certified trophy when you receive a certificate for a course you've completed.
The trophies serve as rewards as you complete certain milestones within the MTSS Learning Hub. When you receive a trophy, you'll also be awarded point-based rewards.

As you complete learning modules and receive trophies, you'll receive points. If you do a great deal of learning in the system, you'll receive more and more points. Points are visible to you, the Branching Minds Professional Services team, and your district's Customer Success Manager.
As the MTSS Learning Hub expands, you can expect to see Branching Minds evolve in its use of these points to identify individuals for special opportunities.
