New nightly SFTP export for Benchmark & Universal Screener data
We’ve added a new nightly CSV export to district BRM SFTP folders: benchmarks_universal_screeners_w_demographics.csv.
This export gives districts an automated way to access benchmark and universal screener assessment data through SFTP for use in downstream systems, without needing to manually export from the Custom Report Builder.
What’s included:
benchmark and universal screener data
state and district-created assessments
all skill topics
the current school year of data
This export does not include progress monitoring assessment data.
Student demographic fields generally reflect the student’s demographic information at the time of the assessment. For some districts that started with Branching Minds partway during the current school year, earlier assessment records will use the student's first recorded demographic values for the current school year.
