Enhanced Early Warning System Report
We've made major enhancements to the Early Warning System (EWS) Report to give educators clearer insights into Attendance, Behavior, and Course Performance risk. This update includes a refreshed interface, new visualizations, expanded drill-down capabilities, and improved navigation to help schools identify students needing support earlier and with greater accuracy.
What’s New:
Clearer Risk Trend KPIs: Six redesigned KPI tiles now show month-over-month changes in moderate and high risk across Attendance, Behavior, and Course Performance, with one-click drill-through to the underlying students.
Risk Over Time Line Graphs: Three monthly trend lines display shifts in moderate and high risk across the school year, helping teams monitor system health and spot emerging patterns.
Improved Student-Level Drill-Downs & Exports: Every visualization is clickable, leading to a detailed list of students with customization options (hide/show columns, formatting, pivot tables) and easy exporting for MTSS meetings.
