Brand New Student Profile UX
We’re excited to share that we've launched a redesigned Student Profile today! The redesign delivers a clearer, more actionable view of each student while cutting down the time educators spend scrolling or piecing information together.
What’s new
Always-Visible Essentials: Demographics, flags, and other key info neatly organized in a left-hand panel.
Smarter Topic Cards: Progress monitoring, goals, and interventions grouped into easy-to-scan sections with more space for charts and details.
Workflow-Aligned Tabs: Top-level navigation now mirrors educator tasks (Assessment, Meetings, Services, Family Communication, Supporting Docs).
One "Quick Add" Button: Benchmark scores, meetings, services, family communications, and supporting docs can all be logged from a single “superpower” button.
Key Points for You to Note
This will be rolled out to all users automatically without needing any setup.
Performance should be significantly improved, especially for students with extensive data histories.
Details within topic pages and each of the sections (Benchmarks & Screeners, Meetings, Services, Family Communication, Supporting Docs) have NOT changed with this update.
Rollout Timeline and Next Steps
Thursday, September 4th: New Student Profile UX released to all users in all districts.
Early September: Final adjustment to stack topic cards in a single column. Screenshots in help desk articles and LMS courses will be updated after this step.
👉 Check out this help desk article for more information on the different sections. Also head to the section at the end if you want to compare the newer version with the older one.
