All activities logged through the To Do List gets saved on the student’s Plan and Progress Page for the activity’s topic area.

To review logged activity, find the student on the Students Page and click on the activity’s topic area:

Once on the Topic’s Plan & Progress Page, use the header bar to scroll down to the activity - Goals & Progress Monitors, Interventions & Accommodations, or Supplemental Supports - that needs to be edited or deleted:

To review a logged progress monitoring or Intervention activity, click the downward facing arrow next to the progress monitor or intervention you would like to review. This will expand the section below and show all of the activities that have been logged:

To edit a specific activity that has been logged, click on the three dots "..." the right side of the activity and click on either edit or delete:
