Your first name, last name, email address, and school district (with specific features activated to individual districts) are carried over into the MTSS Learning Hub. The Learning Hub syncs the information on a per-user basis during every login.

As soon as you log into Branching Minds for the first time you will gain access to the MTSS Learning Hub. As of July 1, 2025, You can now access the Learning Hub by clicking the Life Preserver icon at the bottom of the left toolbar. A drop-down menu titled "Knowledge Center" will appear. Select "Learning Hub" and you'll be taken directly to your BRM MTSS Learning Hub home page and dashboard—no login required.

How do I navigate the BRM Learning Hub?
On your home page, you'll see a top toolbar that allows you to navigate to:
Home – View your dashboard and calendar
My Learning – Access courses assigned directly to you through automated assignments
Catalog – Explore the full list of available learning opportunities
The Learning in Progress section shows courses you're currently working on. Click "View Enrollment" to see all your enrolled courses, including those not yet started, in progress, or completed.
The Learning Not Started section includes courses that have been assigned to you, either directly or automatically.
You'll also see a calendar feature to help you keep track of your learning activities.

The features enabled in your Branching Minds platform will be recognized, and you'll be automatically enrolled in courses tailored to your needs.
You’ll also find specific courses related to platform features in your catalog. To access it, simply select the Catalog tab in the top toolbar. When you navigate to the Catalog, you'll find:
Platform and Practice Courses – Covering specific features and MTSS practices
Quick Clips – Short videos designed to help you navigate key features
Search Functionality – Located under Explore Your Learning Options to help you easily find relevant content
Course Progress Tracking:
Once you start a session, it will appear on your dashboard until it’s completed.
Completed sessions will be listed under View Enrollments.
